As you may know, EUFEPS Annual Meeting 2016 has been scheduled for 2-4 November 2016 in Antalya, Turkey. The Scientific and Planning Committee did a tremendous job in preparing a very good scientific programme to cover all aspects os “Clinical Outcome and Regulation of Advanced Drug Delivery Products”. The meeting was also scheduled to have a dedicated Special Issue at EUFEPS official journal European Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences EJPS. However, continuous tragic events that endanger the security of participants from all over the world and the recent attack on Istanbul Atatürk Airport and Nice, France that resulted in hundreds of deaths and wounded has affected EUFEPS decision on holding the 2016 Annual Meeting. At a meeting with Executive Committee members in Leiden last week the decision was taken to discontinue the preparations for the Annual Meeting 2016 to be held in Antalya. We are very sorry for this change of plans but hope to come together with colleagues and members in future EUFEPS events in a safer time and location.
Some upcoming events for EUFEPS during the 2016-2017 term will be as follows; in the meantime, don’t forget to check our website www.eufeps.org and email announcements for coming meetings organized by EUFEPS networks.
